requests will be honored. The National Park Service (NPS) is requesting
proposals from interested parties that can provide consulting for the
design and installation of a "user friendly" information management
system (local area network {LAN} and compatible software) utilized in
the management of concession information and to provide training for
personnel on the administration of that system. System must be designed
in context with currently used equipment, applications, established
data and proposed data inclusion as well as NPS information Management
Guidelines. System must be allow interaction with the local 20 member
staff as well as remote application with approximately 150 to 200
employee locations throughout the United States. Application to the
remote locations will require integration with computer hardware and
software products for a Wide Area Netowrk (WAN). An eventual interface
with Internet users is proposed as it relates to public information
