Foundations will be rib mat. Roofs will be standing seam metal. Heating and air conditioning will utilize a split system with variable air volume. The facility will include office space, restrooms, arms vault, arms assembly area, lockers and storage. Preparation for an intrusion detection system is required. Supporting facilities include electric service, fire protection and alarm systems, paving, walk curbs and gutters, parking and access roads, storm drainage, and landscaping. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $50.00 (reduced size) and $90.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
