It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this solicitation to furnish and install five new three bedroom 14' x 70' mobile homes. The mobile homes shall be set-up on existing Government concrete pads complete with 2 sets of steps per unit and skirting. The contractor shall connect to the existing utilities and fuel tanks. The mobile homes shall have 2" x 6" walls, built to wind zone 2 requirements. The mobile homes shall include all necessary plumbing, electrical and heating systems for a home complete and ready for use. The work is located at the Naval Security Group Activity, Winter Harbor, Maine. The cost range for this project is $100,000 -- $250,000.
