The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment (except government furnished), and perform all operations necessary to accomplish the following: move existing impact attenuating surface material; auger holes for play equipment anchors and fence posts; install sono tube and concrete equipment anchors; install approximately 200 feet of 4 foot high chain link fence; patch existing geotextile material disturbed for the holes; replace impact attenuating surface material; install various pieces of government furnished play equipment; prepare and paint some used play equipment; and add and evenly distribute 200 tons of 3/8" chip rock as impact attenuating surface material throughout the site.
