S. Coast Guard Hospital Point Flag Quarters at Beverly, MA (Essex County). Work includes but is not limited to removing and disposing of existing asphalt shingle roofing and underlayment, flashing, and gutters, and removing approx. 50 sq. ft. of rotted/damaged roof deck boards. Providing and installing new heavyweight laminated aspahlt shingle roofing and underlayment, new copper flashing, new prefinished aluminum gutters and downspouts, approx. 90 lin. ft. of new wood fascia, providing approx. 50 sq. ft. of new roof deck boards, new cedar shingles, repairing a slate roof, painting shingles and fascia, and incidental related work. The estimated cost of this project is between $25k and $100k. SIC code is 1761. Actual on-site work period will be restricted to approx. 30 days.
