Procurement will include disassembly and disposal of current dispensers, installation of new dispensers, and appropriate training. Degreaser must be designated an A1 cleaning compound and the sanitizer must be designated D2 sanitizing compound in the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Services, "List of Proprietary Substances and Non Food Compounds for use under Inspection and Grading Operations". Technical proposals shall be submitted and oral presentations may be required. Other items include floor care products and related training support materials. Periodical site visits may be required. Evaluation of offers will be on an "ALL OR NONE" basis. A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated. Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis.
