SOL DAAD07-97-R-0108 DUE 032197 POC Contract Specialist Dee Dee Diaz (505) 678-4801 (Site Code DAAD07) The U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico has a requirement for the printing, publishing and distributing of a Civilian Enterprise Newspaper, the Missile Ranger, at no cost to the Government. It contains news articles and photographs of interest to members of the WSMR community. The Civilian Enterprise publisher will sell advertising to cover costs and secure earnings. The basic period of contract performance is anticipated to be 01 May 97 through 30 April 99 with two (2) two year option periods. The proposed contract is a full and open competition requirement.
