Provide all labor, material, supervision and equipment necessary for general r epairs and alteration to Government owned and leased facilities from Ft. Pierce Florida, to Key West, Florida. This will be an Indefinite Quanitity Constructio n Contract(s) with the ability to perform associated design services for constru ction projects ranging from approximately $2,000.00 to $1.6 million dollars. Th e estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approxi mately $3.0 million. Offers will be evaluated using the source selection proced ures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may mak e multiple awards and estimates to make three under the subject solicitaiton. I ndividual delivery orders exceeding $2,000. may be competed amoung the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis.
