Oven shall utilize 24 halogen heating elements controlled by 4 zone digital repeat timer control panel with a remote switch for heat activation. The halogen elements shall be a snap-in c-bayonet type with an 8,000 hour operating life. The oven shall be constructed of 20 guage galvanized sheet metal exterior, the interior walls shall have a highly reflective aliminum lining at least .025 inch thich for maximum energy efficiency. Wall panels shall be at least 4 inches deep in order to insulate heat and for running all power throughout. Booth shall be open to existing spray booth. One (35 Inches wide) personnel access door (east side) and a double door (each 4 feet wide X 8 feet high) on the north end. this is a turnkey system which includes permits (if required), exhaust duct for 12 inch motor through roof, electrical hookups, delivery and set-up, 1/2 inch air solenoid and 1 manometer.
