The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) intends to issue an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for the purchase of 1200MM lens, F number of 6.8 or better, focal length of 1200 millimeter +/-25mm; useable image diameter at the focal plane shall be 44 millimeter or greater; resolution 80 lines per millimeter or better; variable iris for the effective f-stop range of 6.8 to 45; focus distance of 125 feet, or less; 85% transmission over the spectral range of 350-1100 nanometers; weight shall not exceed 20 lbs. when fully configured; maximum overall length shall be 54" or less; minimum 20 ea, maximum 44 ea -- Optical Flat; factory installed clear optical flat window; minimum 20 ea, maximum 44 ea -- Adapter; adapt lens to a JVC 2/3 inch format video camera and compatible with the lens; minimum 10 ea, maximum 26 ea -- Adapter; compatible with lens and adapt lens to a T mount, minimum 10 ea, maximum 26 ea -- Flange; compatible with lens and T mount to adapt a Photosonics 4ML camera, minimum 10 ea, maximum 26 ea -- Teleconverter with Universal Mount; compatible with lens and adapters; 2x the effective focal length; minimum 20 ea, maximum 44 ea. Standard commercial Operation and Maintenance Manuals for individual items on each CLIN shall be supplied where applicable. Standard commercial data sheets for each lens delivered shall contain results from in-house performance specification conformance acceptance testing of the fully assembled lenses.
