Successful contractor must have the capability of manufacturing the diplomas in house (surface printing metal plates and fastening the plate onto the wood plaques ). Diplomas to be manufactured in accordance with USAF Academy specifications -- this will be a requirements type contract with first year's performance commencing 1 Jan 98. -- Estimated quantities to be 960 ea for the basic year, 990EA, 950EA and 950 EA for the three option years.
