STEVENSON (901) 544-3184 (Site Code DACW66) The purpose of this notice is to locate commercial sources interested in receiving solicitations for an OMB Circular A-76 comparison for the operation and minor maintenance of five locks and dams on the Red River in the State of Louisiana. A contract may or may not result from the solicitation, consistent with OMB A-76 procedures. The contractor will be required to provide personnel, management, supervision, equipment and any other items and services necessary to provide 24-hour, 365-day operation of five locks and dams and associated minor maintenance. Major maintenance will be the responsibility of the Government. The locks and dams are located in remote locations between River Miles 43.8 and 200.0 on the Red River in Louisiana. Commercial activities who are interested, and would like to be considered should a formal solicitation be issued may write to the above address.
