The Washington, DC, HUD Office is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located in: (1) Northern Virginia; (2) Montgomery County and Prince Georges County, Maryland; and (3) Washington, DC. The contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area(s) to be served. The contract shall be for a one-year period, with a possible extension of two additional one-year periods. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns (SIC Code 7389 -- $5 million). All responsible bids will be considered. The IFB will be available on or about March 10, 1997.
