The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, services, and supervision necessary to construct a dual car/truck wash at Scott Air Force Base IL in accordance with plans and specifications. The principle items of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Site demolition, excavation, grading, curbing, paving, site utilities, oil/water separator, building is constructed of 8" split face cmu to protect car/truck wash, concrete precast roof with EPDM roofing membrane, all sanitary and domestic water systems, compressed air system, heating and exhaust system, and all electrical systems. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be honored. Telephone requests will not be honored.
