The basic construction of all buildings consist of load-bearing and non-load bearing wood frame construction, with brick veneer exterior, concrete strip foundations and pre-engineered wood trusses and joists. Asphalt shingle roofing is included in the base bid. Additive bid items described by the documents include a standing seam metal roof on all buildings.
