Manley, Phone (703)604-2119 The Government intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-97-G-0077 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. These orders will provide services to repair and return HARM Missile Sections (WGU-2/B and WCU-2/B), related assemblies and equipments to ready-to-issue conditions for the Navy as well as various Foreign Military Countries. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet these requirements.
