Manley, Phone (703)604-2119 The Government intends to issue an order under contract N00019-93-C-0148 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order will procure spare and repair parts in support of HARM Integrated Logistics Suppport (USN). TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
