This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DSWA02-97-Q-0043 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR) #90-42 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) #91-11. Applicable SIC Code is 2869 and Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Triethyl Phosphate (TEP), 99.5% grade purity to be provided in the following quantities/deliveries: 001. 14 (55 gal) barrels of TEP to be delivered by 1 Apr 97; 002. 15 (55 gal) barrels of TEP to be delivered by 1 May 97 (this quantity can be delivered with the 1st delivery of 14 barrels); 003. This is an optional quantity/delivery-if required the minimum quantity will be 1 (55 gal) barrel of TEP with a maximum quantity of 15 (55 gal) barrels of TEP to be delivered by 2 Jun 97. The Government will contact the Contractor at least 7 working days prior to 2 Jun 97 of the quantity required. It is critical that contractor provide delivery by the required delivery dates stated above. In the event that there is a schedule slip in line items 1 thru 3, there will be a corresponding day for day delay in delivery of TEP. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Permanent High Explosive Test Site (PHETS), Northern Range of White Sands Missile Range, San Antonio, Socorro County, NM 87832. Final inspection and acceptance at destination Orders requiring a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSD) will not be accepted at receiving dock unless paperwork is accompanying merchandise.
