The purchase is for a panel saw. The equipment listed contains a detailed description, quantities in units of "each" following the description. Bids may be submitted on Standard Form (SF) 1449 or letterhead stationery and must indicate the solicitation number, bid opening date and time, name, address, and telephone number of the bidder. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The contracting officer will make award in accordance with FAR Provision 52.214-10, Contract Award -- Sealed Bidding. Award will be made without discussions to the responsive/responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price, and price related factors. The Government will evaluate bids on an all or none basis. Bidders must hold bid prices firm for not less than 30 days from the bid opening date. Bidders are advised to include a completed copy of Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with your offer.
