Kay, Contracting Officer The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor intends to procure concrete wall panels, 11'2" high x 6'0" wide x 2'6" thick. Precast in accordance with Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard drawing number S6G-S-0265 and general notes there-in. Vendor is to supply and install its associated lifting inserts and provide its lifting hardware (including spare set) as specified in drawing. One (1) lot shall consist of (4) each of panel "A" and (4) each of panel "B" for a total of (8) panels. Delivery will be destination, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be be considered by the agency.
