This amendment is to change description, provide answers to questions posed by potential offerors, and to extend bid opening date. B. Remove page 3 and insert page 3 (attached). The changes are indicated by vertical bar to signify the area of change. C. Following is a list of questions posed by potential offerors. Following question is the answer which has been provided by the using organization. 1. Q. "What size are the propane tanks that are to be filled, per line item 0001 and line item 0002?" A. The tanks are approximately 30,000 gallon capacity. 2. Q. " What specifically has to be done at Building 600?" A. As indicated in the solicitation, the building number is 660 not 600. The purpose of stopping at Bldg 660 is to check in and be provided an escort to Bldg 501. 3. Q. "Are their multiple fill points at building 500?" A. As indicated in the solicitation, the building number is 501 not 500. No, there is only one fill point. 4. Q. "Are Material Safety Data Sheets to be supplied along with the proposal?" A. Yes, MSDS is to be provided with the propsal. 5. Q. "Can deliveries be made on the weekends?" A. No. Because of a shortage of manpower on weekends, delivery is to be made Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1600 hours. 6. Q. "What mode of transportation canbe used to supply the propane?" A. The only mode of transportation is by truck. No more than two trucks can make delivery at one time. 7. Q. "What is the "Purity" of the liquid propane?" A. Purity is to be 90 per cent or better. 8. Q. "Is the liquid propane "stenched or non-stenched?" A. Propane is to be "stenched." 9. Q. "Delivery requirement: is it single or multiple location?" A. Single location. 10. Q. "When? How much of requested quantity will be ordered at a time?" A. All of the propane will be ordered at the same time. Delivery can be made two trucks at a time ONLY. D.
