Services required include electronic locks, for two existing metal frame doors, one integrated circuit card reader to access the locks on both the inside and outside of the entrance, and all required wiring and installation. All potential sources must provide evidence of experience in the installation and operation of integrated circuit chip readers and electronic access devices.
