Dixon, Contract Specialist, 202-324-4527 The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) -7067 for the non-personal services of a Behavioral Scientist-Futurist. The Behavioral Scientist-Futurist must have a Doctor of Philosophy (PH.D.) Degree in the field of sociology, psychology, criminal justice, or have outstanding academic credentials in futures methodology, and must be able to travel. This Request for Proposal is for a Fixed Price Labor Hour Contract. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8999 with a size standard of $3.5 million. Contingent upon the availability of funds, the contract period shall be from date of award through 9/30/97, with two (2) one-year option renewals. A tentative release date for the RFP is 3/7/97. Request for solicitations must be in writing and postmarked no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice.
