Rizzardi Contractor will be required to provide laboratory testing services (+24 hours) to include pickup and transportation to it's laboratory. Preanalytic processing as defined in its laboratory users manual; analysis, reporting of analytic results and consultation regarding selection, collection, transportation, results and interpretation in accordance with the contract document. Services will be provided to Department of Veterans Affairs VISN #4 medical centers, which is composed of the following: Altoona, PA; Butler, PA; Clarksburg, WV; Coatesville, PA; Erie, PA; Lebanon, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh (University Drive), PA; Wilmington, DE and Wilkes-Barre, PA. Requests for solicitation document must be in writing, facsimile requests are acceptable (717-821-7277). It is anticipated that the solication document will be available to interested offerors on/about March 19, 1997. Offers must be received no later than 2 p.m. (local time), Maay 6, 1997 to be considered for award of this contract. The base period of this contract is for one year after date of award, with two one-year renewal options at the option of the government. SIC Code 8071 applies to this procurement.
