The contractor shall provide and manage information management and analysis tools and resources to support acquisition, manipulation and analysis of critical data from disparate sources that will be used to aid IPT and SME teams. Support requirements include providing and administering a collaborative environment consisting of all facilities and resources necessary to host multiple T&E IPT and SME projects simultaneously and shall provide for handling information up to theSECRET level. The facility shall be approximately 30,000 square feet in size, provide communications connectivity and shall be configurable to meet evolving projects needs. The contractor shall facilitate project activities by providing working group, meeting, and conference facilitation, logistical and program administration support and designing, developing, implementing and managing information resources required in support of the facility and ongoing special projects. The period of performance for the follow-on contract will include a Base year and four 1-year Options, for a total of five years. The projected award date is no later than 1 December 1997.
