The order will procure the services of the National Building Museum (NBM), 401 F Street, NW., Washington, DC 20001 to provide a ceremony and exhibittion of winners of the GSA Design Awards. The exhibition will support GSA's nationwide design program specifically for the purpose of fostering the precepts of the GUIDING PRINCIPLES OF FEDERAL ARCHITECTURE and improving the overall quality of federal design. The NBM is the sole source planner, designer, and producer of the exhibition and events. The NBM has been the original source and supplier since the program's inception and is the only supplier with facility size, location, and support staff with the knowledge, experience required to fulfill this need wih the limited time restraints of the GSA.
