R -- REPLICATION, DISTRIBUTION, AND MONITORING OF TV PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT TAPE SOL SSS-97-R-0001 DUE 030797 POC P.O.C., Teresa King, Contracting Officer, Arlington, VA, (703) 235-2207. The Selective Service System has a requirement for the replication, distribution, and monitoring of our national TV public service announcement tape. The project consists of replicating 1,000+ tapes from a bilingual master tape, and distributing the tapes to 1,000+ commercial broadcast stations, networks, and cable stations. Contractor will conduct electronic and business reply card monitoring of the playing of the tapes. Written requests for copies of the solicitation must be received by March 7, 1997. Offers from sources outside the local commuting area will not be considered. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used to award a contract by May 1997. See Note 1. (0052)
