Garcia The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Association of Academic Health Centers, 1400 16th St, NW, Suite 720, Washington, DC 20036. This procurement shall be process in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct an interactive Congress. The contractor shall: conduct a teleconference; develop a draft agenda with proposed speakers; plan for meeting; provide draft invitational letters; prepare proceedings, and provide final book of proceedings. The Association of Academic Health Centers is the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services, because of their proprietary rights of the data that will be utilized to address the key issues for this project. The period of performance is nine months. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures. See Note(s): 22.
