The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to issue a sole source modification to the existing contract number DNA001-92-C-0092. This contract is with Physics International, Inc., for DECADE Simulator Quad Development. This modification will provide for the completion of Contract Data Requirements detailed to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level 5. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors capable of offering their service must respond within 15 days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability to provide this service. All responses received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
