R -- SOLE SOURCE MODIFICATION TO COMPLETE INTEGRATION SUPPORT TO DECADE POC Ms. Cynthia Brice, Negotiator, (703) 325-6628, Daniel R. Gonzales, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-6684. The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to issue a sole source modification to the existing contract number DNA001-91-C-0037. This contract is with Kaman Sciences, Inc. for DECADE Systems Integration Support. This modification will provide for the completion of the existing systems engineering and integration support of deployment of the DECADE simulator Quad. The contractor will finalize simulator deployment and integration schedule, finalize all Contract Data Requirements, and train and transition the system to Field Command DSWA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors capable of offering their service must respond within 15 days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability to provide this service. All responses received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
