S -- LOCAL GUARD SERVICES SOL S-RP-380-97-R-0001 DUE 051297 POC Fredrick Greenwalt, CO, Tel. 632-521-7116, ext. 2871, FAX 632-833-8203 The US Embassy Philippines requires the operation and management of guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, protect life, maintain order, deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents and property and terrorist acts against all U.S. assets, and prevent damage to Government property and furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. Services will be performed within Metro Manila and Northern Luzon areas. Approximate man hour requirements are: Guard 485,940 per year, Senior Guard 121,420 per year; Shift Supervisor 64,792 per year and Head Supervisor 7,488 per year. Armed guards and vehicle mobile patrols will be required. Any resultant contract will contain a base period not to exceed 12 months and four 12 month optional periods of performance.
