required to provide technical operations support, general audiovisual
support, and perform camera operations under a Time and Materials
contract. The Government anticipates making two awards. The work will
take place principally within the Department's television production
studio that is located in the Frances Perkins Building in Washington,
D.C. The period of performance will be one year plus four one-year
option periods. Offerors must submit written requests for the
solicitation and those requests must reference the solicitation
number(RFP L/A 97-17). The Government will only consider proposals from
responsible vendors that are small businesses. The SIC code is 7812 and
the size standard is $21.5 million. See Numbered Notes 1 and 26.
