In response to AR 360-81, the Contracting Division at Fort Eustis, Virginia is seeking services to to publish an unofficial base guide and directory and a base/area map. The minimum quantity acceptable to the Government will be 12,000 base guides (to include Fort Story) and 13,200 color maps (Fort Eustis and surrounding area only) annually with the option to increase quantities. As part of the proposal, each firm will submit a sample copy of a recently completed base (or city) guide and map. A decision to award shall be based on the outcome of sample comparison as well as other factors. The published material shall be at no cost to the Government. The publisher shall look solely to advertising revenue to fund the cost of the publication. This contract may be renewed annually, without rebid and automatically, with the concurrence of both parties. Four renewals are permitted. In no case will this contract extend beyond five years.
