States Customs Service, Air Interdiction Division, has a requirement
for initial and recurrent aircrew flight training. Training programs
will include aviation flight training in full motion, full visual
simulators for fixed wing and actual aircraft for roto wing training,
the development and building of the Cockpit Procedures Trainers (CPT),
and development of course materials. This shall include a review of
aircraft systems, normal and emergency aircraft operating procedures,
aviation weather, anf IFR procedures. Course materials shall be
developed to include Student Training Guides, Pilot Operating
Handbooks, classroom training aids, and the Customs Standarized
Aircraft Operating Checklist. A block of instruction shall be taught on
current cockpit resourse management procedures to both initial and
recurrency classes. These procedures shall be incorporated into
simulator and flight training and be included as part of the pilot
performance evaluations. Appropriate aircraft shall be made available
by the contractor for the check-ride. The requirement is an IDIQ
contract with FP delivery orders to cover a base period and four one
year option periods. Option periods will be evaluated at the time of
