Administration (DEA) has a requirement for one hundred seventeen (117)
reserved indoor parking spaces for Official Government Vehicles (OGV)
within a two block radius of the Drug Enforcement Administration,
Detroit Field office, at 431 Howard Street, Detroit, Michigan 48226.
The spaces will require 24 hours access, 24 hours security and self
parking. The contract terms will be October 1, 1997 through September
30, 1998 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The exercise
of the option periods will be at the Government's discretion. The
Request for Proposal (RFP) number is DEA-97-R-0020. Any sources
desiring consideration must fully identify their capabilities to
perform the mandatory requirements addressed herein in writing and
submit to the Contract Specialist identified above. We must receive
responses within 15 calender days of the CBD notice date. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered.
