Davis, Contracting Officer This Pre-Solicitation Notice is for a Full and Open Solicitation under SIC 1541. Total estimate for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project consists of constructing petroleum storage tanks and the related distribution facility for aviation fuel. Included are two 7500 barrel steel tanks, concrete containment dikes, masonry control buildings, mechanical transfer pumps, high pressure piping, concrete aircraft parking stands, vehicle load/unload facilities, and the related underground distribution system to the aircraft parking ramp. Solicitation package for this project is to be available on or about May 7, 1997 with bid opening on or about June 6, 1997.
