This project consists of removing one 2,500 gallon Underground Storage Tank (UST) and associated piping form underneath concrete garage floor. The garage will be demolished and replaced, including replacement of concrete floor. Erect temporary storage facility for equipment and materials presently stored in garage. Collect 6 soil samples and analyze for indicator parameters. If present, excavate and dispose of contaminated soils. Backfill and restore site. All fluids from UST have been removed.
