Contracting Officer, 904-884-1262 The AGS Facility consists of two
parts: 1) Construction of an Addition to the existing building and 2)
Renovation (Repair) to the existing Building 90708. The work to be
performed as the Addition includes, but is not necessarily limited to,
the following principal features: 1. Demolition of existing exterior
concrete slab and metal shed/canopy structure (located to the west of
the building) to accommodate utility line relocation and new
construction. 2. Relocation of existing water and sewer lines. 3.
Construction of a new addition to the existing Bldg 90708, including
all structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. 4.
Replacement of the exterior concrete slab removed during utility line
relocation. 5. Finish site work. -- - -- - The work to be performed as
the Renovation includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the
following principal features: 1. Demolition and removal of all existing
interior items noted on the plans, including interior walls, floors,
ceiling, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as noted on the
drawings. 2. Removal of all existing exterior windows, doors, vents,
metal parapet, and roofing as noted on drawings. 3. Removal of areas of
existing EIFS as noted on the drawings. 4. Relocation of existing
utilities as required by new construction. 5. Installation of new
interior walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, and accessories. 6.
Installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. 7.
Installation of new windows, or infill at existing exterior openings.
8. Modification of existing roof structure to accept new fascias and
roof. 9. Installation of new fascias and roof. 10. Installation of new
CMU Pilasters at building corners. 11. Repair and painting of existing
EIFS to match new EIFS. 12. Finish site work. There is a non-refundable
charge of $50.00 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money
orders or bank drafts payable to DFAS Orlando. Only written requests
will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must
bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
Estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and
