16 -- ROCKET INTEGRATION ONTO THE F-14 AIRCRAFT SOL N00019-96-G-0089 DUE 032497 POC Contact, Jeff Brown, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-C-0089 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC). This order is for the integration of rockets onto the F-14 aircraft. The integration will entail procuring nonrecurring engineering design/development/testing, technical drawings, technical directive changes (TDC), change kits, spares, design change notices, technical publications, Integrated Logistics Support Analysis to support the integration of the LAU-10, LAU-61, and LAU-68 rocket pods on the F-14 aircraft. NGC is the sole designer and manufacturer of the F-14 aircraft. Technical data packages sufficient for full and open competition are not available.
