The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport proposes to acquire by negotiation Services in support of Navy Communications & Associated Electromagnetic and Platform Support Systems. The majority of the work will be in support of the Navy EHF SATCOM Program (NESP), Submarine High Data Rate (HDR) Program, and the satellite systems with which they are associated. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions. The Period of Per formance shall be five years from Date of Contract Award. Total estimated Level Of Effort is 133,400 manhours. This is a follow-on to N66604-93-D-0438 with Lincom Corp. Award will be made on the basis of Greatest Value to the Government.
