205-876-3432, Synopsis Number R017-97. The U.S. Army Missile Command
proposes to acquire engineering technical services in the amount of
203,540 hours to support the Automated Deep Operations Coordination
System (ADOCS) modification, interface, integration, test,
demonstration, and support of Joint Technology Center/System
Integration Laboratory (JTC/SIL) customer hardware and software
systems/subsystems/components. Due to prior development expertise and
knowledge, continuing support to ADOCS field sites, and a lack of
sufficient ADOCS technical documentation, a noncompetitive negotiation
is proposed to be conducted with Interactive Television Corporation
(ITC), 1800 North Kent Street, Suite 920, Arlington, VA 22209. The
proposed effort is comprised of a basic 855 hours, plus four options of
50,885 hours each. The proposed period of performance is 48 months.
Performance shall be at the contractor's facility and CONUS and OCONUS
sites required for off-site testing, exercises or demonstrations. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
