A -- BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RESEARCH IN SURVIVABILITY POC POC: Marlene Ross (810) 574-5273 The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TA COM) is issuing an amendment to Broad agency announcement (BAA) DAAE07-97-Q-BAA1 published in the 17 December 1996 issue of the Commerce Business Daily (CBD ). This amendment extends the closing date of the BAA from 12 March 1997 to 9 May 1997. Additionally, the notice is amended to include a statement, "each topic area will be ranked separately" within the paragraph "basis for award".
