Fernandez, Contracting Officer, (507) 272-7205 The Panama Canal Commission intends to acquire multibeam hydrographic survey, both on the North and South Sections. The Contractor shall obtain complete coverage of deep water areas free of standing three trunks to approximately six (6) meters depth followed by lateral lines at intervals of approximately one hundred (100) meters, East and West of the surveyed deep water, penetrating as much as practical into shallow water of approximately three (3) meters depth. Coverage of all areas will depend on field conditions. Contractor shall provide digital data, digital requirements hardcopy charts, digital terrain modeling (DTM), color shaded maps, silting difference map and a final report via CD-ROM or Optical Disk (Intergraph format).
