Ellis, Contracting Officer The Defense Supply Service-Washington(DSS-W) on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) Defense Medical Information Management (DMIM), for the DMIM/Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS I), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Management Systems, Inc., 12601 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA 22033. This is for an eighteen month increased level of effort (LOE) to the current contract for the following services: systems analysis, system design and development, system operation and maintenance support, procurement and deployment of software in support of system implementation, installation and conversion support, training support, software development, customer support, procurement specification development for systems, and data acquisition support. This sole source increase LOE serves as the bridge effort while D/SIDDOMS II is being solicited, negotiated, and awarded. There is no solicitation documentavailable for contractors to review.
