Selfridge ANGB MI is soliciting for a demolition contract to demolish Buildings 1412, 1434, associated piping and underground tankage on Selfridge ANGB MI. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition of 2 pumphouses (approximately 3,700 SF total) complete with pumps, piping, controls, etc; and remove twelve (12) 50,000 gal underground storage tanks and piping. The site is to be cleaned up to Michigan standards for removal of regulated UST, backfilled and seeded. All demolition debris, piping, tankage, shall be legally disposed of off base. All work to be done in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VGLZ962095, "Demolish Pump Stations/Remove UST's". Performance period is 120 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This is an unrestricted solicitation and all responsible sources will be considered.
