Audience of 93,000 base people, family members and retirees plus exposure to an additional 20,000 non base people. Program reaches active duty military, civilians, retirees and their family members. Requesting items to be used as giveaways and cash to enhance programming. Sponsorship includes, but is not limited to cash, recreation or sporting goods equipment, getaway vacation weekends, food and non-alcoholic beverages, electronics equipment such as compact disk players or television sets, or a vehicle for grand prize drawing. Sponsor benefits include product displays, sampling/couponing opportunities, logo/mark placement on event promotional materials including direct mail pieces, event participation and market research opportunities. All offers submitted will be considered. More than one sponsor may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 June 97.
