New light fixtures, ceiling grid system installed at the lobby area. Standard USPS fixture units and postal boxes/lockers will be ordered and provided for the contractor to install. Mechanical and electrical equipment altered with modifications to the new retail store and upgrade design. Monitor and CCTV systems will be furnished and installed by the contractor, all other communication devices, cabling and antenna systems will be installed by USPS. Minor alterations to the plumbing and sprinkler systems will be required. A new scissors lift and platform with ballards will be constructed in accordance with USPS standards at the rear entrance for mail delivery. This facility is located at 246 Lincoln Circle Drive with approximately 4,712 SF.; Grove City Br. -- will occupy 3,850 sf space and will operate as a new retail postal store to provide stamp sales, letter, and package handling. This newly constructed facility will require minor demolition to the existing space and amenities. New light fixtures, ceiling grid system installed at lobby area. Some standard USPS fixture units will be ordered and provided for the contractor to install. Electrical equipment altered with modifications to the new retail store and upgrade design. Monitor and CCTV systems will be furnished and installed by the contractor, all other communication devices, cabling and antenna systems will be installed by USPS. This site is located at 2082 Old Stringtown Rd., in Franklin County; Northland Br. -- will occupy 2,680 SF space and will operate as a new retail postal store to provide stamp sales, and letter and package handling. Previously utilized as a commercial retail store. Minor demolition is required to the existing space. New light fixtures, ceiling grid system installed at lobby area. Some standard USPS fixture units will be ordered and provided for the contractor to install. Mechanical and electrical equipment altered with modifications to the new retail store and upgrade design. Monitor and CCTV systems will be furnished and installed by the contractor, all other communication devices, cabling and antenna systems will be installed by USPS. Minor alterations to the plumbing, sprinkler system, and renovation the existing toilet facilities to current ADA and USPS RE-4 standards. This facility is located at 2469 Dublin-Granville RD (a.k.a. Route 161), in Franklin County. The offeror must have a minimum of five (5) years experience and must have satisfactorily completed at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope. A preproposal conference has been scheduled for March 11, 1997 at the individual sites; Northland @ 8:00 a.m. Gahanna @ 11:00 a.m. and Grove City @ 3:00 p.m. The estimated price range is between $800,000.00 and $950,000.00 with completion required within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed for each project.
