Work includes maintaining continuity of all services for all systems for all buildings at all times during the entire construction period; coordination with the contracting officer's technical representative; all testing, correcting and retesting and all temporary and permanent connections for all 5 KV wiring and 277/480V304W wiring, complete in place, ready for operation in conformance with all applicable codes.
