Nordling, Contracting Officer, 605-333-6819 Seeking manufacturing sources of roof cooling systems for an evaporative roof sprinkler system to provide roof surface cooling for an approximate 5500 SF flat built-up roof and brick wall construction Laundry Production Facility. The system shall consist of multiple spray heads designed to prevent corrosion, scale build-up and clogging. The system shall include a controller to sense weather conditions (temperature, relative humidity, etc.) and automatically adjust the spray head flow rate based on those conditions to the precise amount that will evaporate on a minute-by-minute basis in order to minimize water usage and prevent ponding, puddling, or run off while maintaining the lowest roof temperature possible.
