This system must have sufficient reliability and availability to handle telecommunications information data, be extendable enough to respond flexibly to increases in throughput, and have the capability of implementing unattended continuous operation under remote supervision and control. The system must consist of information acquisition equipment, remote supervisory and control equipment, remote output equipment, and development support equipment.The system must conform to SPIRIT specifications (NMF SPIRIT specifications with added NTT requirements).
